All sales are final. If a defective or incorrect item is sent, we will replace the item at no additional cost to the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping. Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before placing your order.

Most products require a 4–8 week production period, unless a different estimated production time is stated in the product description.
